Monday Acronym: SPRING!

Since Saturday was the first day of Spring I thought it would be fun to do an acronym today in honor of it!

S: Spring

Spring is the start of the 4th quarter/nine weeks left of school for me in Georgia. Thats right we are almost done with school! YAY! Spring also means Spring Break which for me is next Friday!!! Spring means bright colors, dresses and skirts!!!

What do you like about Spring?

P: Park

Saturday I spend the day at the park! It was 75 here and sunny. Jonathan is a little boy I have been watching after school for 3 years now and he had his first baseball game. Hopefully I can remember my camera next time. In the meantime this is a picture of Jonathan, Zach and I at our wedding! Yes he and his mom traveled from Georgia to Rhode Island for our wedding! What can I say we are family in GA! :)

R: Rain

Rain Rain go away come again another day! I know they say April Showers brings May flowers but I cannot stand the rain. Last night it stormed so much here, we had hail, wind and lots of rain. Tomorrow and the next couple of days it is going to be 60-75 so I am very excited!

Ohh well! Mother Nature must do her thing

I: Icecream

One thing I love about Spring and Summer is Icecream! I am a stinker for it. Right now I can't really have it because of my weight loss track but I cannot wait till I can cheat and get a Brownie Sundae!!

N: New

New Shows, New Shoes, New Purse! I love new things!

Shows: Tonight starts the new round of Dancing with the stars. I am not a huge Dancing with the stars person however the cast on this round looks like it will be fun to watch. I am totally rooting for Nicole Scherzinger. source

New Shoes means I can finally start wearing sandals with the nice weather. My favorite pair of Spring shoes is my Tory Burch flip flops. I have them in tourquoise.

New Purse! No i didn't buy a new purse but Zach and I have gone into Coach twice and I have my eye on these two babies!

G: Gym & Giveaway

Gym update: As you know I am trying to tone and loose some weight. I am a faithful gym goer lately and have seen results. In case anyone wanted to know my typical week at the gym is as follows:

Monday: Jog/Walk/Run for 20-30min then take Pump class(Its a weight lifting class)

Tuesday: I take Combat also known as kickboxing

Wednesday: I take Step & Pump or I do a Boot Camp class

Thursday:Meet with my Trainer and either do cardio or take Attack(Which is a very upbeat aerobics class)

Friday: cardio & Spin/RPM

Saturday: Pump & Compat

Sunday: Day off or Cardio and Abs

This has been my routine for the past 3 weeks with eating well and lent(No chocolate, soda, pizza and starbucks) I've lost and kept off 7lbs!

I was thinking of doing a giveaway but not sure what would interest everyone. I have a black Dooney and Burke wristlet with rainbow DB symbols on it. I have never used it and it still has the tags on it. (I'm ashamed to admit it was a gift :( I like it just never got around to using it)
